We have possessed various qualifications, including ISO9001/14001, SA8000, FSC, EUDR, BSCI, Sedex, etc.

Our standard MOQ is 500 units per design. We set this limit primarily to ensure that you receive the most cost-effective unit price. In the custom printing industry, significant fixed costs are involved in prepress setup, plate making, and machine calibration. Splitting these costs over 500 units allows us to maintain high-quality production while keeping the price per item competitive for your business.

Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance due after mass production is completed and approved, but prior to shipment. We accept various secure payment methods, including T/T (Wire Transfer), Credit Card, and PayPal.

We provide a full-spectrum "Concept to Creation" service. You can customize every element, including box structures (magnet closure, drawer style, top-and-bottom), premium materials (eco-friendly paper, specialty textures), and high-end finishes like CMYK/Pantone printing, gold/silver foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV. We also offer custom inserts made of EVA, foam, or molded pulp to ensure your products are both secure and beautifully presented.

Yes, sustainability is a core value at Brothersbox. We offer a wide range of eco-friendly materials, including FSC-certified recycled paper and soy-based inks. We can also design plastic-free packaging solutions using molded pulp or paper-based inserts to help your brand meet its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

To ensure the highest printing precision, we prefer vectorized files in AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, or EPS formats. We also accept high-resolution PSD or CDR files.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in cosmetics gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas, and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high-resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Absolutely. We offer two types of sampling:

Digital Mock-up: A free 3D rendering to visualize the design.

Physical Sample: We can produce a "White Sample" (unprinted) for structural testing or a "Production Sample" (fully printed with finishes) to verify color and quality. Sampling usually takes 3-7 business days, and the sample fee is often refundable upon your bulk order.

At Brothersbox, our production follows a streamlined 5-step process: Design Verification, CTP Plate-making, Printing, Surface Finishing (Lamination, Foil Stamping, etc.), and Die-cutting/Assembly. We operate a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced Heidelberg 5-color offset presses and fully automated box-forming machines to ensure precision and consistency for high-volume orders.

Quality is our lifeline. We implement a rigorous "Triple-Check" QC system:

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Testing raw materials (paper, glue, ink) for durability and eco-compliance.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Real-time monitoring during printing and assembly.

FQC (Final Quality Control): A final inspection of finished goods based on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards to ensure color accuracy, structural integrity, and flawless finishing.

We offer two sampling options to meet your needs:

Digital/White Mock-up: Usually takes 2-3 working days. This is ideal for checking the structural integrity and dimensions of the box.

Full Production Sample: Usually takes 5-7 working days. This sample uses actual materials, printing, and finishing techniques (like foil stamping or UV coating) to provide a 100% accurate representation of the final product.

Once the sample is ready, international express shipping (DHL/FedEx) typically takes an additional 7-10 days to reach your office.

Our standard lead time for mass production is typically 20 to 25 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. This timeframe may vary slightly based on the complexity of the box structure and the order quantity. We also offer expedited production services for urgent marketing launches upon request.

We utilize high-standard export packaging. Each order is packed using double-walled corrugated outer cartons and moisture-proof inner liners. For high-end or fragile custom boxes, we add protective corner guards and EPE foam cushioning to ensure that your packaging arrives in pristine condition, regardless of the distance.

Yes, for bulk sea or air freight, we offer professional palletization services (plastic or heat-treated wooden pallets). Each pallet is securely shrink-wrapped and strapped to provide maximum stability and ease of unloading via forklift at your destination.

We provide a comprehensive range of shipping solutions tailored to your budget and urgency. This includes Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for small batches or samples, Air Freight for medium-sized orders requiring faster turnaround, and Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) or Rail Freight for large-scale production to ensure maximum cost-effectiveness.

Sample Orders: 3-7 days for production plus 3-5 days for express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Total turnaround: 1-2 weeks. We accept both freight-collect (your account) or prepaid shipping. Bulk Orders: Typically 45-60 days depending on complexity and seasonality. Expedited production is available upon request—please contact our team to discuss your specific timeline.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, our logistics team will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For sea freight, we provide the vessel name and Bill of Lading (B/L) information so you can monitor the progress of your cargo in real-time.

If there is any problem with the products after receiving the goods, please feedback the details of the problem and the quantity of the problem to us. We will immediately find out the cause of the problem internally and arrange the replenishment to you, and the cost will be borne by us.
